As part of their strategic expansion into the United States, Wild Fork Foods faced the challenge of translating the essence of a local butcher shop into a digital platform. The goal was not just to create an app but to build a bridge between tradition and technology, enabling customers to shop, order, and track deliveries with the same ease and personal touch as in-store.
The challenges were:
- Market Expansion: Grow customer base in a new market while retaining loyalty in its legacy market.
- Revenue Growth: Increase overall revenue and basket size per customer, driving revenue from both new and existing customers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize shopping data to make informed merchandising and product decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
The Solution
Embarking on a journey with Wild Fork Foods, our approach was multifaceted, focusing on meticulous planning, intentional creation, and precise execution, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Groundwork for Success: In collaboration with Wild Fork and seven partners, we established alignment and transparency, setting clear objectives and KPIs, crafting a roadmap for a streamlined process to deliver a stellar product.
- Intentional Creation & Strategy: During the Design and Discovery phase, a dedicated team of a Project Owner, Business Analyst, and UI/UX designer conducted stakeholder interviews, gaining insights to prototype and build an innovative and functional solution.
- Precise Execution: In the Development phase, specialized resources were allocated, including iOS and Android developers, a Full Stack Web Engineer, and Testing/QA/Deployment Resources, all under the guidance of a Project Head, ensuring the product remained on timeline and on target.
