- Groundwork for Success: In collaboration with Wild Fork and seven partners, we established alignment and transparency, setting clear objectives and KPIs, crafting a roadmap for a streamlined process to deliver a stellar product.
- Intentional Creation & Strategy: During the Design and Discovery phase, a dedicated team of a Project Owner, Business Analyst, and UI/UX designer conducted stakeholder interviews, gaining insights to prototype and build an innovative and functional solution.
- Precise Execution: In the Development phase, specialized resources were allocated, including iOS and Android developers, a Full Stack Web Engineer, and Testing/QA/Deployment Resources, all under the guidance of a Project Head, ensuring the product remained on timeline and on target.
